Secure Your Appointment Here.....

If you have requested your appointment at Groom, you will need to secure your slot with a £30.00 Booking Fee.  This amount is then taken off any Experience you have on the date of your appointment.  This amount is fully refundable if you need to cancel your appointment, as long as you give 48 hours notice of your appointment time.  I try to be as fair as possible and if you cancel within the 48 hour time period, I will endeavour to fill your slot.  If that is possible I will refund you your Booking Fee. If this is not possible, then the Booking Fee Cancellation Policy will apply. I really appreciate your cooperation with this policy.
 
Once you have added your Booking Fee to the Cart, Please click "store pick up' and use the 'Add a Note' tab to add your Name and agreed appointment date and time.  Thank you x
