Stainless Steel Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional technique used in Chinese medicine. It is the practice of using a tool to apply pressure in a moving manner along the skin to promote lymphatic drainage and create healthy blood circulation in the area. With regular Gua Sha treatment your face will benefit from looking more toned and lifted with reduced fine lines and wrinkles. Muscle tension in your jaw will also release. The best way to use your tool is to pair it with a great serum!
  
Generously roller on a layer of 'Everything' then hold the tool at a 30 to 45 degree angle. Very gently, in sweeping motions, pull the Gua Sha across your skin. It should glide so make sure you have enough serum on. As a rule, all movements should be upward and follow lymphatic flow. Repeat each movement three to five times before moving onto the next area of your skin. Use the molded shape to suit your face.
